Fallen Angels the Species

Fallen Angels are simply angels without a purpose.
They neither care for good nor evil and will allow themselves to be bought by either side to temporarily help. They will never stay on one permanent allegiance otherwise that would involve becoming a known as a rogue Fallen though that is just a term used by the people. When a Fallen Angel sticks to one allegiance they will become human and lose all their powers. They cannot become a Fallen again after that unless they die and are reincarnated later or one of the Council Ancients deems them worthy and makes it happen. They can make original humans etc into Fallens too but they are very much in the belief that those who are born Fallen should be the true people.
They have lifespans of up to 500 years without choosing immortality and longer if they choose it.
Fallen Angels are all dark haired because of their somewhat gloomy stance on sides. They're not exactly gloomy people themselves, they have simply chosen this way of life and continue to do what pleases them. They have dark eye colours and are quite pale. They also have grey wings which they can produce at any point.
Fallen Angels can feed off food if they have to but they have a rather sinister diet which involves feeding on people's dreams. The happier the dreams, the more fulfilling the diet. Although nightmares taste good to them as well and they sustain them for longer. Holy water makes them ill but spring water restores them.
They can give birth but only to multiple births. No single birth has ever graced the Fallen Angels before. It is also impossible to breed a Fallen Angel and another species because of the advances of the Fallen Angels' children. They grow three times the speed of human child physically and emotionally. By the time they are five they have the mentality of a human 15 year old and they stop this growth upon their seventh birthday when they are spiritually and physically 21.
